I have often quoted passages of Holy Scriptures more than once, I did it because I used them for various instances and different applications in the life of our Lord Jesus Christ or on other occasions. All the points I covered in the previous Links was to declare all that God the Father had to do, to make the salvation of a sinner possible, and after thirty years of living on earth, the Son of God had to leave Nazareth, to be baptised in water by John the Baptist, and be anointed as explained previously, and after all that, no man can be saved but by His will! Nobody can save himself from damnation by what he does, however praise worthy, even if he or she is beatified, nor can anyone be saved by what someone else does to or for him, even if it be the Pope! who after all is a man without a mission, especially, that regardless of the office he holds which, in fact, is not authorised by God. Mary is gone to paradise, she waits there, with millions of other believers, for the day of resurrection, on that day all the saints, of all generations, will rise from the dead! Idol worshippers are pagans! Just as God hated and condemned them in the Old Testament and destroyed them all, so He hates all men that worship idols to this very day; they are all reserved for judgement and be cast in the Lake of fire! Whatever represents them on earth, whether it be in wood, stone or all sorts of metals, they are idols! ‘Jesus clearly said: I am the way, the truth and the life, no man comes to the Father but by me.’ (John 14: 6-7) This brings me to point where I have to answer the questions stated in ‘Link 51’: ‘How, then, can they call on the ONE they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the ONE of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? ‘And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those that bring good news.” (Romans 10: 15 – quoted from Isaiah 52: 7)
Everything holds together so closely because, after all that Jesus did while on earth, and rose from the dead, then ascended on high, we have to state that no-one can be saved unless one believes in that ONE person, nor can anyone believe in that ONE person, unless they hear about Him. Nobody can hear Him being preached, unless there is a preacher, a man appointed by Jesus to proclaim not things about himself, or human ideas about truth, but faithfully proclaims the Good News about Jesus, that ‘ONE’ person and only Saviour Jesus Christ the Only Son of God, it is written: ‘Believe in the Lord Jesus and you will be saved.’ (Acts 16: 31) Having stated all that, as forcibly as I could, there remains for me to answer to the one last important question: ‘‘And how can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those that bring good news.”! Hence, I have to draw your attention to what is the last and important set of statements before I start, after all this time, to answer the two questions: ‘Who is a Christian’ and ‘What is a Christian.’
I mentioned from the Gospel of Matthew the verses that end it; it is written: ‘Then Jesus came to them and said: All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age.’ (Matthew 28: 18-20) Jesus is very present in spirit, only with those that are completely faithful and preach the Gospel as stated by Him in the injunction he gave to His disciples! It is a clear and positive commandment, that will last till Jesus comes! In the Gospel of Mark, we have a similar statement, it is written: ‘Jesus said to them: Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation. Whoever believes and is baptised shall be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned … After the lord Jesus had spoken to them, He was taken into heaven and He sat at the right hand of God. Then the disciples went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked with them and confirmed His word by the signs that accompanied it.’ (Mark 16: 15-19) He was with them then, and it is good news indeed, because He still is with those He sends until the end of times!

My name is Edouard Jankowski and In September 1953 I landed on British soil. I was then nineteen years of age, and my destination was the I.B.T.I. (International Bible Training Institute) situated in Burgess-Hill, West Sussex. I did not realise when I arrived at the College, how my life was about to change for the better.
