Twenty centuries after the fall of Adam God called a man, an idol worshipping Chaldeans, called Abraham, a Hebrew, and during centuries following his call, from this one man he built up a nation, known today as Israel! God set up Israel as a special nation, yet whatever spiritual life was left in it from the day they left Egypt, ended at the cross, when they crucified their Messiah; from then on, all men, Jews and Gentiles, are in the same spiritual condition, they are dead, rejected by God and under the curse, as I explained previously! By His death on the cross Jesus above all defeated Satan, death, and sin! It is written: ‘Since the children (Of God) have flesh and blood (meaning that they are human) He (Jesus-Christ) too shared in their humanity so that by His death He might destroy him who holds the power of death – that is the devil – and free those who all their lives were held in slavery by their fear of death’. (Hebrews 2: 14) The light of God has dispersed all darkness in those that believe, and they live in the kingdom of light of which Jesus Christ is King!
This is why Paul continues and says to those Christians: ‘When I came to you, brothers, I did not come with eloquence or superior wisdom as I proclaimed to you the testimony of God. For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. I came to you in weakness and fear, and with much trembling. My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit’s power, so that your faith might not rest on man’s wisdom, but on the power of God. (Which is the Cross)’as says a chorus: ‘Kneel at the Cross, Christ will meet you there, come while he waits for you!’ One must take that step to start a new life and be saved from the curse.
I saw hundreds come and they have met with Jesus and a new life began. Some are already with Him in Paradise, others still living will follow them when He calls them, for eternal life is eternal and it starts at the moment a believer is quickened by the Holy Spirit; at the Cross we Christians have started to live, the verse I quoted above is followed by the following, which says: ‘And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for Him who died for them and was raised again. (1 Corinthians 5:15) He rose from the dead, victor over death and gives life to all that believe on Him, as it is written: ‘For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in (or through) Christ our Lord’! (Romans 6: 23) From the Cross God sees the world divided into two camps, that of the dead and that of the living, the livings are those that heard the Gospel, and quickened by the Holy Spirit believed in Christ who died for them and lives forever! Eternal life starts at the Cross, in the spirit, and will continue in His presence for eternity!
Inspired by the Holy Spirit, the apostle Paul confirms it and say: ‘I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by the faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.’ (Galatians 2: 20) And because this situation is inherited by every believer, it is written: ‘If we have been united with Him like this in His death, we (all born again believers) will certainly also be united with Him in His resurrection. For we know that our old self was crucified with Him so that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin – for anyone who has died (to the old life) has been freed from sin.’ (Romans 6: 5-7) Away with the false notion that this truth only applies to certain Christians that have been taken through much suffering imposed by the Lord and their own mutilation. God did it all in and through Christ, and no one can live a double life. ‘I live and yet not I, but Christ lives in me’. From now and forever! Men die because they have inherited death from Adam, as it is written: ‘Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way, death came to all men because all sinned’. So, all men die because of that one sin! (Romans 5: 12) if the many (All men) died by the trespass of the one man, how much more did God’s grace and the gift that came by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, overflow to the many! Again, the gift of God is not like the result of the one man’s (Adam) sin: The judgement followed one sin and brought condemnation, but the gift (of God) followed many trespasses and brought justification…For just as though the disobedience of the one man (Adam) the many (all men) were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man (Jesus Christ) the many (all that believe in Him) will be made righteous! Meditate on these words, because it is not how good one can get that will see him through, but it is all dependent on believing in Jesus Christ and committing oneself to Jesus Christ that men that believe are justified before God. To be justified means that God sees a believer in Christ AS IF HE HAD NEVER SINNED! Can you afford not to?

My name is Edouard Jankowski and In September 1953 I landed on British soil. I was then nineteen years of age, and my destination was the I.B.T.I. (International Bible Training Institute) situated in Burgess-Hill, West Sussex. I did not realise when I arrived at the College, how my life was about to change for the better.
