In my previous Link I have quoted few verses from Isaiah from which I want to take out a phrase: “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He has anointed me to preach good news.” The Good News is the Gospel. Man has not yet understood what power there is in God’s words, even Christians are not fully aware at what they handle when they speak out God’s words. Everything we see in nature, in the sky, and beyond with mighty telescopes, none mightier, so far, as the Hubble put in orbit in 1990 by the U.S.A., everything that comes to light as its photographic eyes pierce through the universe, everything it reveals is the result of the word of the Lord, Jesus the ‘Word’ was there at the beginning and as He spoke, they were all created. It is mind blowing, to learn what we must about Jesus-Christ! He is ‘the Word’!
If man could put into place another million telescopes like Hubble, one further than the other, Gosh! What we would know would be beyond comprehension, and yet another million after the first million, telescopes even more powerful than Hubble, they would not show the end, because, beyond all that they could reveal, from unknown frontiers, it would not cover infinity! The Bible says in its opening statement: “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.” That beginning, mentioned in Genesis 1:1, was not the same as the beginning of man, for history proves that man is on earth some six thousand years! Saying what I have just said, does not mean that the earth is as old as man, yet if God wanted to create the present earth and its Galaxy in 144 hours (six days), He could do so, for He has that power, science shuts out the miraculous, it shuts out God altogether. But not all science is anti-God; for we see His glory in many things that it discovers, so there is a lot more truth in the first two verses of Genesis than we think, much more than even Christians, in general, would want to accept! We might return to this later.
The Gospel of John opens with some amazing words, a bit like Genesis, yet with greater clarity, they show that Jesus had a direct input in creation: It says “In the beginning was the Word, and the Wordwas with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through Him, the Word,(Jesus) all things were made; without Him, the Word, nothing was made that has been made…The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us, We have seen His glory, the glory of the One and Only who came from the Father, full of grace and truth! In saying ‘We’ John includes the other disciples” (John 1:1-14) Especially James and Peter who saw His glory on mount Tabor, when Jesus was transfigured, it is obvious in his writings, just as does Peter! This Creator of all things became a man; God incarnate, He is Christ the ‘Lord’! (Yahve)
Genesis means ‘beginning’ and before every beginning, of things seen or unseen, Jesus ‘The Word’ was there, eternal, without beginning and without end, the Eternal son of God; it is as He spoke the creative words, for: ‘all things were made by Him; without Him, the Word, nothing was made that has been made!’ There are more references in the Bible to Christ’s role in the creation of all things, but I must quote one more, found in the epistle of Paul to the Colossians, where the apostle Paul write: ‘He (Jesus) is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or power, or rulers or authorities; all things were created by Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together!’ (Colossians 1:15-18) Before we can talk about salvation and all its glorious power, it is imperative that we have, anchored deeply in our minds and hearts, who Jesus really is, and what Jesus, the Son of God is capable of! Because He came as a baby, the world and some Christians too, are guilty of humanizing Him too much. Making drawings and pictures, as children, we are drawn to see Jesus as a baby, as a man, to help children understand better, yet such representations can be dangerous, because, many adults have shrines, pictures have become statues, and they bow to them and worship them. That is not Jesus they worship, only a creation of their imagination! An idol! A false god.

My name is Edouard Jankowski and In September 1953 I landed on British soil. I was then nineteen years of age, and my destination was the I.B.T.I. (International Bible Training Institute) situated in Burgess-Hill, West Sussex. I did not realise when I arrived at the College, how my life was about to change for the better.
