During my many years in the ministry of the Gospel, I worked seventeen years of it in France, they were most challenging. Being born in France, where I had my primary education, and where I lived for nineteen years of my life, after which I went to England to the International Bible Training Institute. Because of my first nineteen years of my life, I thought that I knew the French people inside out; how wrong was I! But after seventeen years of preaching the Gospel among them I have grown to know them a lot better.
The first seven years of my spell in that beautiful country, I spent them itinerating and thus I visited various churches, from north to south and east to west. It did not take long for me to realise that it was God’s will for me to work for Him in that fashion, because, as varied as are the provinces of this big country, so is the character of the people, and yet the ministry of the Holy Word in preaching and teaching, was received so well that I was amazed at the ease in which I brought to them the Truth of the Word of God, those years brought out of me things that I did not know I had received from God!
It is by experience that I have learned that if the message of the Gospel was not well received of the listeners, the least rebellion, of any sort in their heart, if it be only in few of the people in the congregation, the words came back to me, making communication that much harder. But traveling from one church to another throughout the French country, I was blest with the attitude of the folk, whether in the pews of the church, or round the table in their homes, where conversations centred mainly on the word of God. Those seven years enriched my experience a lot, and brought out of me, things I never knew were in me, given by Lord for me to share and to bless many hungry souls seeking avidly the truth.
My remaining ten years were spent in pastoring a Church in Bourgogne, in the Centre of the country, and the ministry changed completely. I discovered that the Christians I began to pastor, had little knowledge of the Bible and the doctrine taught by the Lord Jesus Christ and His apostles. The folk I was pastoring, needed to learn the first elements of the Christian faith, I felt that I was teaching new converts to the Lord Jesus Christ. Because of it I found that a weekly printed message which I called ‘Entre nous’ (meaning between us) was very profitable for them and a great blessing for me. In these weekly printed instructions, I taught simple truths that people found difficult to grasp and understand, and it helped them to have it written, so that they could read again and again, until they learned the biblical truths and apply them to their lives, and changes in their relationship with Jesus their Saviour and God their Father, became different with more assurance and conviction.
It is therefore my desire to make the same contribution with these Links, or call them, ‘from me to you’, and take whatever comes to my knowledge by questions that arise from events that weave the tissue of daily life, nationally and internationally, which may leave many Christians uncertain and worried; my sole purpose was to strengthen the believers in Christ and make their relationship with Him based on the love of God, that comes to man by the Holy Spirit though the Gospel, which still is the only message of Hope. The apostle Paul wrote to the Christians In Rome: ‘I am not ashamed of the Gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes, first to the Jews, then for the Gentiles.’ (Romans 1: 16) As a staunch Pharisee, after his mighty conversion to Christ, he realised that doing one’s best to obey the Law, (the ten commandments) could not save his soul, yet faith in Christ, does it immediately one surrenders to Jesus Christ. So, he continues with the following verse, which says: ‘For in the Gospel a righteousness from God is revealed a righteousness that is by faith, from first to last (from faith to faith) just as it is written; ‘The righteous will live by faith.’ (Romans 1: 17) This assurance of being saved from the curse of sin, is a gift from God to everyone that believes that Jesus, is the Son of God! I invite you to read the following Links, to grasp in details that the gift of God is eternal life, through Jesus Christ our Lord.

My name is Edouard Jankowski and In September 1953 I landed on British soil. I was then nineteen years of age, and my destination was the I.B.T.I. (International Bible Training Institute) situated in Burgess-Hill, West Sussex. I did not realise when I arrived at the College, how my life was about to change for the better.
